Nauset had a very strong day at the Notre Dame Last Chance meet, posting several personal bests and gaining momentum heading into the Division 3 State Meet.
Molly Crowell took first place in the girls 400 meter, breaking a Nauset school record, with a time of 59.9 seconds. In the boys mile, Jake Moore placed second and ran a personal best 4:34 while Stephen Gomez finished seventh with a personal best 4:39. Riley Wilkins (4:49) and Ryan Saunders (5:00) both also posted personal bests in their final races of the season.
Coralea Geraniotis placed fourth in the girls mile with a personal best of 5:24. Meredith and Herwig battled back and forth all the way to the finish line after starting the race out aggressively with a ferocious 57 second first lap.
